Middletown Library Makers Month - Bird House Building

Middletown - With spring right around the corner, what better way to invite your feathered friends into your yard then by building them a bird house! The Middletown Public Library kicked off Makers Month by having David Saidnawey & Joanne Mutschinski from Wild Birds Unlimited so local children how to build their own bird houses. David and Joanne had common building materials birds use for constructing their nests available as well as plenty of crayons and magic markers to add a pop of color to their newly constructed nests. Needless to say, the birds of Middletown will have plenty of colorful nesting choices in the spring.
