2019 Monmout County Fair

Freehold - Have you ever seen a pig race? Or seen two men balance on a log? Have you ever experienced being in a tent with butterflies or getting behind the wheel of one of DOT's massive construction vehicles? If not, the Monmouth County fair was the perfect opportunity to make those dreams a reality. Run by the Monmouth County Park System, attendees had a chance to experience what makes Monmouth county such a great place to live. Local farms had their fresh produce for sale in the Grown in Monmouth tent. Department of Transportation engineers showed off new traffic light technology they had been installing all around the county to improve the flow of traffic. Actors got dressed up in 19th century clothing to promote the rich history of our county. Crowds gathered to enjoy the sights of local horse riders displaying their skills as well as entertainment by Robinsons Racing Pigs and a log balance competition sure to put a smile on your face. With many ride and food options, this year's county fair was well worth the price of admission.
