Back To School Bash and Backpack Giveaway

Red Bank - August 24th marked the first annual Back to School Bash and Backpack giveaway hosted by the House on Steven Avenue fund over at Pilgrim Baptist Church. Founded by Delisha Grant and Damarcus Adisa, the HOSA Fund seeks to continue the work of former residents Barbara and Roy Osborne through various programs that provide enrichment, readiness, and economic support for local youth and their families. Approximately 600 backpacks in various colors along with various school supplies were available to those who had registered with the organization.
